Example: An Institute digitizes an assessment for its members
Client Problem (example)
A CEO is leading an independent, non-profit, national institute dedicated to enhancing the quality of governance and directorship. The institute operates across various sectors including corporate, government and non-profits.
The client has created a ”Board Effectiveness Diagnostic” for its members and has attempted to digitize it, however feedback from members has been poor and the cost of maintaining the diagnostic internally is high. The CEO is looking for a more effective, and lower cost way, to create, deploy and maintain the “Board Effectiveness Diagnostic’.

Client Objective
The client seeks to:
- Create, deploy and maintain a Board Effectiveness Assessment (Diagnostic) that can be undertaken by its members.
- Minimize the costs associated with creating and maintaining the assessment internally.
- Ensure the assessment looks internal to the institute—leveraging branding and style guide
- With consent and privacy, easily leverage member assessment data to deliver insights.
