Client Problem (example)
A mining operation is seeking to improve its load and haul (L&H) performance. They have run multiple improvement projects previously however the results were not sustained.
The client has defined multiple best practices that, if achieved, should translate to performance improvement in safety as well as cycle time and cost reduction. The client wishes to deliver this change through its front-line leaders and without the use external consultants / contractors.

Client Objective
The client seeks to:
- Rapidly achieve best practice load and haul operations--improving safety and performance.
- Improve cycle times while lowering operating costs including fuel consumption and maintenance.
- Engage its operations management and front-line to ensure ownership and sustainment of the best practices.
