A client is having serious safety incidents across multiple businesses / operations. A safety transformation is underway to address leadership and culture issues, however multiple investigations have highlighted there are significant gaps in the understanding and effectiveness of the client's Global Safety Standard.

  1. Engage its operations to quickly understand and identify gaps to its global safety standard.
  2. Understand systemic gaps or blockers that will require leadership support.

  1. The client deploys the Method8 Global Safety Standard assessment to its Operations.
  2. The assessment is taken as a team—building a deeper understanding of the requirements and self-assessing current compliance / alignment / effectiveness with the standard.  Significant team discussion and debate unfolds during this self assessment process.
  3. Teams identify the actions required to close gaps to the standard and identify blockers that will require leadership support.
