Why we exist
After two decades working across high-risk, complex industries, I’ve seen a consistent pattern: organisations have solid policies, standards and intentions, yet what happens on the ground often looks very different. The gap between policy intent and operational reality has real costs: lives lost, harm to communities and the environment, billions in lost productivity, with leaders often blindsided despite systems showing “green.”
Industries have invested heavily in risk and compliance systems, audits and reporting, but still lack an easy, proactive and affordable way to understand how things are actually landing with the workforce and to close gaps before they escalate.
I founded Method8 to help solve this. Method8 is built on a simple belief: when you meaningfully engage and activate the people doing the work, you uncover realities faster, create ownership, and drive improvement more effectively. Our capability and platform help organisations turn frontline insight, lived experience and team-based learning and assessment into a targeted, proactive assurance mechanism that closes gaps before they lead to events.
