In 2020 the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management was released with all International Council on Mining & Metals (ICMM) members agreeing to implement the new industry standard. Multiple documents were released to help members understand and implement the standard including the standard, guidance document, conformance protocols and other training.
A client is struggling with how to effectively, and efficiently, implement the industry standard and supporting material across its multiple, geographically-dispersed, operations and how to demonstrate on-going compliance with the industry standard.

- Implement the Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management across its operations.
- Create a simple, efficient, and engaging process to implement and sustain compliance with the standard.
- Reduce the project management, administrative, audit and travel burden required to implement and sustain the standard.
